Both villas sit on their own acre, gated and private. Our caretaker is waiting with cold towels and the quieter half of a welcome drink. Luggage goes upstairs while you find the pool.
The private pool is six metres, saltwater, lit after dark. There is a speaker. It is loud on purpose and quiet in the bedrooms. The cook takes orders for evening snacks around now.
Your cook is with you from 8 am to 10 pm. A full Indian spread, Goan by default, anything by request. You eat outside unless the weather has opinions.
Bonfire pit is stocked. The seven bedrooms are spread across three floors, so the stragglers won't wake the early risers. Speakers cut off at 10:30 by rule — acoustic after.
The cook rotates batches until everyone is fed. On a weekend, breakfast runs from 7:30 to 11. The lake is a short walk through the garden; the waterfall is a kayak away.
Each villa is a three-storey stone-and-timber house on its own walled acre. Seven bedrooms across three floors, a double-height living room, a private saltwater pool, a full kitchen, and a cook who is yours for the day. Built for groups that want to stay loud but sleep well.
Rates are per villa, per night — the whole house, up to 14 guests. Breakfast, pool heating and an in-villa cook are included. We take 40% to hold the booking, rest on arrival.
